Alignment Pins – L-Pins
When ordering identify the nominal diameter of the pin required (A) and then choose the length of the L-Pin from the chart attached Example: 0.1910 x 6" (#11 x 6")
Alignment Pins – L-Pins
Alignment L-Pins LP: L-Pins are used to align location devices in Jig and Fixtures. Alignment pins are precise and quick to remove. L shaped alignment pins are an ideal solution when less work room is available on the jig. L-Pins are designed for easy removal and an economical but precise solution. A cross drilled 1/8 hole is supplied in the handle to connect the pin to the fixture using an optional cable or lanyard.
L-Pins can be used in many location or alignment applications where accuracy and speed is required. The length of the pin is fully ground providing accurate consistent alignment through the length of the alignment or location application. The bullet nosed feature of the alignment pin allows for easy location into the hole, and whilst passing through the fixture. The L-Pin feature is braised onto the pin allowing for a strong but economical solution.
