Boneham Metal Products are happy to customize any standard jig bush or dowel pin to customer specification, as well as manufacturing from a drawing to requirements. The Boneham group of companies have extensive experience in problem solving and design under the bushing and dowel pin products ranges and will endeavour to rise to the challenge of customer’s requirements.

Nitrided Bushings

For longer life requirements, all bushings, USA Standards and British standard bushings, are available in nitrided material. This process gives hardness of 67-69 Rockwell C. Price and delivery upon application.  To order Nitralloy drill bushings, add the prefix letter “N” to the ANSI/Boneham bushing symbol of the drill bushing you require (example: NSF-32-8, ¼” I.D.).
