Boneham Diamond Bullet Nose Pins can be referred to as Relieved Pins. Diamond Bullet Nose Pins are used with a corresponding liner bush to form a precise alignment and locating system. By including diamond locating pins on the jig, accurate alignment isn’t compromised whilst binding of the work piece is relieved. For simple installation, the OD of the pin body and the liner are the same, giving the choice of one pass machining of both pates. The pin diameters on the head and body are concentric to 0.0005 TIR.
