Bullet Nose Pin Liner

Bullet Nose Dowel Liner Bushing
Liner bushings for Bullet Nose Pins are the mating element of the bullet nosed precision locating system. The inside diameter is ground to accurately locate the bullet nose pin into the bushing. The ID and OD of the bushing are ground concentric to 0.0003 TIR. The outside diameter of the bushing is ground to the same size as bullet nose pin. This enables a straight forward ‘one-pass’ machining process to install the bushing and pin in the bottom and top plate.
